The Question:
“Can Meditation, Visualization and Applying Metaphysics make a difference in weight loss?”
This 12 week Metaphysics Program was created as a study for my Master’s Thesis.
Participants who signed up were tasked with:
- Daily lesson and Check In,
- Meditate for minimum 5 Minutes each day
- Visualize for 5 minutes each day
- Read a Source Document designed to assist in shifting mindset
March 2024 completed the study with remarkable results! Those who fully completed the study lost an average of 15.53 lbs. I saw higher retention and participants have cultivated a mindfulness practice that is lasting past the study.
I am offering the program to others who are on an inward journey and are also interested in releasing weight and shifting their mindset to have lasting results!
