This week our topic is Colour.

Join us for something a little different this Sunday. We are going on a guided meditation journey using colour as a healing tool — exploring how different colours carry different frequencies and how we can use them to shift, heal and empower ourselves.

We will move through three guided experiences together — each one using colour to bring awareness, clarity and a sense of transformation to something real in our lives right now.

Come ready to feel something. This one is experiential.
